Cornerstone Care Clinic removes the constraints of insurance and instead provides maximized, personalized care through low-cost monthly memberships and transparent, cash pricing. Insurance does not dictate how we provide care. This model of primary care puts the patient-provider relationship at the center, keeping the focus on you and your health.
